Product detailed description
Distinct fruity notes (apricot, fresh fennel, citrus), good balance, freshness, and a long finish. Minerality is the driving force of this wine. This is the first historical cuvée in Georgia, made from 70% Rkatsiteli and 30% Mtsvane.
Tsinandali Estate is considered the cradle of classic winemaking in Georgia. At the beginning of the 19th century, Prince Alexander Chavchavadze introduced European winemaking technology to Georgia and created a new standard for Georgian wine production. Tsinandali Estate is the first winery in Georgia where wine was bottled. This winery continues the tradition of Alexander Chavchavadze to this day. On one hand, it adheres to the classic methods of European winemaking, while on the other, it builds on the 8,000-year-old tradition of Georgian winemaking—maturing wine in qvevri.
