This red, dry Saperavi 2023 from the Kartli region. Made from 100% Saperavi grapes harvested in September, it employs traditional Georgian qvevri fermentation technology with natural yeasts. Fermentation occurs with 100% skin contact for 2 weeks at 20-32°C. The wine is aged for 3 months in qvevri without skin from October to December, followed by aging in stainless steel from January to April. It is unfiltered, with a small amount of sulfur added before bottling. This Saperavi is a full-bodied wine with rich aromas of red fruits, berries, and plum, featuring exceptionally well-balanced acidity and tannins that create a round, harmonious palate and a long, smooth finish.
