Friday, November 21st, we’re unlocking the cellar doors to wines so rare that even many Georgians haven’t tasted them. We’ll be opening 5 extremely rare, limited-release wines—showcasing forgotten and rediscovered Georgian grape varieties.

And that’s not all…

This time, we’re turning up the heat with 5 different chachas (Georgian grappa) you’ll taste exclusively. Your vote counts! Guests will choose their favorite, and the winning chacha will be sourced by Winist and brought directly from Georgia to stock our shelves.
