This Chinuri Goruli Mtsvane is produced by Solomone Winery in the Chiatura appellation of Imereti, Georgia, featuring limestone soil. The wine is crafted from the Chinuri Goruli Mtsvane variety, which is noteworthy as it is generally cultivated in the Kartli region.

The 2023 harvest yielded a high-quality crop, mainly due to variations in optimal temperatures. In the Imereti region, grape varieties tend to ripen late, which leads to higher levels of acidity, typical for Imeretian-type wine. Thanks to best-suited and good climatic conditions, excellent grapes of the Chinuri Goruli Mtsvane cépage were acquired. In these grapes, the levels of sugar and acidity are essentially balanced, and temperature differences impart complex and additional terroir flavors, which taste good in the wine.

Tasting Notes. Appearance: Pale lemon. Nose: Yellow apple tones and lemon. Palate: Well-balanced and harmonious, with medium acidity, a round end, and a distinctive taste.
