The wine is made from "Tsitska" and “Krakhuna" varieties. This tandem creates a wine with interesting taste properties and flavors, which combines the high acidity of "Tsitska" and the strongness of “Krakhuna". The wine is produced in a Qvevri using classic technology (without skins).
Flavors: Green apple, banana, quince. Best paired with: fried poultry, fish, desserts
