Tsolikouri 2019 from the Pearl of Imereti winery is an authentic Qvevri amber (orange) wine from Georgia, beautifully showcasing the traditional Imeretian grape variety, Tsolikouri. This Georgian wine hails from the Imereti region and is crafted from 100% Tsolikouri grapes.

The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented alongside their skins in traditional clay vessels called Qvevri for a period of 6 months. This process imparts the wine's characteristic amber color and its complex flavor profile.

The aroma is dominated by notes of ripe fruit, particularly pears and apples, complemented by subtle floral and mineral accents. On the palate, the wine is dry, featuring a well-balanced acidity and gentle tannins, which create a complex and harmonious experience with a medium body and a long-lasting finish.
