The Tsinandali Estate Saperavi 2016 is very balanced and limited dry red wine from the Kakheti region of Georgia is crafted from 100% Saperavi grapes. After aging in French oak barrels, the result is a full-bodied, mature, and succulent wine with excellent aging potential.

Black currant, Liquorice, Black pepper, spiciness, butterscotch. 175th vintage of Tsinandali Estate Reserve has all that you can expect from fine Saperavi – depth, tones of darker fruits, tannins, longevity. Enjoyable right away, holds extensive ageing potential as well.

Only a limited number of cases were allocated for the Czech market, and very few bottles remain.

Pairing Suggestions: Classic pairings: Red meat dishes like lamb chops, veal, and beef steak, as well as aged and goat cheeses. 

Tsinandali Estate is one of the most historic Georgian wineries, founded in 1839. Its founder, Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, based the winery on European-Georgian experience.
