2025 Pet Nat Saperavi: A Brut-style Pét-Nat sparkling wine produced in the Kakheti region from 100% Saperavi grapes. Fermented with natural yeasts in Kvevri and crafted according to the ancestral method, the wine is bottled before primary fermentation finishes, completely without additives or filtration to allow natural effervescence to develop. The Saperavi grape gives this wine an intense deep color, notes of dark berries, and a pleasant natural acidity, contributing to its rich and expressive character.

Batsashvili Marani Winery: An authentic, family-run boutique winery led by winemakers Ilia Batsashvili and Zaza Giorgadze, located in the historic winemaking village of Bakurtsikhe (Gurjaani district) within the renowned Kakheti region. The estate is an officially certified member of the Natural Wine Association of Georgia (NWA), ensuring a strict organic approach both in their vineyards and the cellar. Fully dedicated to a philosophy of minimal intervention, they ferment their wines exclusively with wild, natural yeasts inside traditional clay Kvevri vessels.
