The wine is made from "Tsitska" and "Rkatsiteli" varieties. This tandem western and eastern frape varieties creates a wine with interesting taste properties and flavors, which combines the high acidity of "Tsitska" and the sweetness of "Rkatsiteli". The wine is produced using Imereti technology (in a Kvevri, produced using Chacha technology (30% on Chacha) for 2 months).
Flavors: Spring flowers, green apple, banana. Best paired with: fried poultry, fish, desserts
