Rkatsiteli from the Papari Valley winery is a fantastic amber wine to explore. Crafted using traditional, organic methods, it is fermented in Qvevri vessels. The wine boasts a light orange, amber appearance and is wonderfully fresh. On the nose and palate, you can detect several types of fruit combined with notes of nuts and green tea. It is an incredibly refreshing choice, especially during the summer months, and pairs effortlessly with salads, as well as light meat and fish dishes.

Papari Valley Winery is nestled in the hills of Kakheti, Georgia's most renowned wine-growing region. The estate has strictly followed organic farming practices since 2014, fermenting its wines exclusively with naturally occurring wild yeasts. No synthetic herbicides, pesticides, or other systemic treatments are used in the vineyards. A truly unique feature of the winery is its multi-level arrangement of Qvevri amphorae, which enables vinification entirely via gravity flow—a testament to the winemaker's dedication to natural winemaking with minimal intervention. In this terraced system, the first tier of Qvevri is used for fermentation, the second for aging, and the "basement"—the lowest tier—is reserved for premium wines undergoing extended maturation.
