Rkatsiteli from the Nareklishvili & Son's winery is an authentic example of traditional Georgian winemaking. This Georgian wine hails from the Kakheti region, where the Rkatsiteli grape variety has been cultivated for centuries. The wine is crafted using the Qvevri method, which was inscribed onto the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2013. Following a manual harvest and fermentation in clay Qvevri vessels, the wine remains on its skins for 6 to 7 months. This process imparts a deep golden color and a complex flavor profile.

The aroma is dominated by notes of honey, flowers, and roasted nuts, which harmoniously intertwine to bring elegance and depth to the wine. With an alcohol content of 13%, this dry wine pairs ideally with dishes such as cheese, vegetable salads, and seafood.

Qvevri Wine Cellar (Nareklishvili & Son's), founded in 2015 by third-generation winemaker Ivane Nareklishvili, specializes in indigenous grape varieties and traditional Georgian winemaking methods.
