2024 Saperavi Malbec: A dry red wine crafted as a successful experiment that beautifully merges Georgian tradition with European elegance. This unique blend brings together the freshness and supple fruitiness of young Malbec (50%) with the depth, firm structure, and intensity of mature Saperavi (50%). Both varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel, utilizing the saignée method for the Malbec to enhance concentration and texture. The result is a medium-to-full-bodied wine unfolding with aromas of black cherry, plum, subtle spice, and graphite.

Tsinandali Estate Winery: Celebrated as the birthplace of classical Georgian winemaking in the heart of Kakheti, this historic estate produced the country's very first bottled wine. Its true renaissance was led in the 19th century by Prince Alexander Chavchavadze, a visionary who harmoniously merged Georgia's 8,000-year-old winemaking heritage with modern European techniques. Managing 40 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards dedicated mostly to indigenous varieties, the estate operates a precise modern facility and French barrel hall alongside a traditional Qvevri cellar with 1,500-liter buried clay vessels. The estate also preserves a historical oenotheque housing over 16,500 rare bottles, including Georgia's oldest bottled wine, a Saperavi from the 1839 vintage.
