Ice / Late Harvest Wine: A unique sweet wine crafted from grapes harvested in December after temperatures dropped below -6 degrees. It was fermented on 100% skins in stainless steel for one month, then aged off skins in stainless steel for seven months. The wine features bright notes of peach, mango, green tea, and wild mint, followed by gentle hints of vanilla, quince jam, and white raspberry preserve.
