Peradze Winery Chinuri Batonnage is a dry white wine made from hand-harvested Chinuri grapes grown in the village of Mukhrani in the Kartli region. After fermentation, the wine was aged on its yeast lees (batonnage) in oak barrels for 6 months, resulting in a harmonious wine with light cream tones and a smooth, elegant finish.
Chinuri is a delicate and aromatic variety native to Kartli, one of Georgia's leading wine regions. The extended lees contact adds body, texture and a subtle brioche character while preserving the variety's natural freshness.
Serving: Store and serve at 8–10°C. Pairs beautifully with white meat, seafood, cheese and vegetables.
